TERMS

These conditions of sale are concluded, on the one hand, by the Seller and, on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the Seller’s website, hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”.

Purchasing a product or service via this website implies the Buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these terms of sale. These terms override any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed to by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms at any time. In that case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the Buyer’s order.

PRODUCTS

All products featured on the site are described and illustrated as accurately as possible. Descriptions and images are not contractually binding. Any errors in text or images do not engage the Seller’s responsibility. Product features may change, and no such modification may give rise to a claim for compensation. In case of any change, the Buyer will be informed at the time of order and before delivery.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all offers and information are non-binding and purely indicative. The Seller disclaims responsibility for any errors on the site.

The Seller is not liable for improper use of products purchased on the site or for any damage caused to third parties due to misuse.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If one or more items are unavailable at the time of ordering, the Seller may not be able to fulfill the entire order. The Buyer will be informed as soon as possible by email and will have the option to modify or cancel the order.

PRICES

All prices shown on the site are in euros, VAT included (21%), and include any applicable environmental taxes. The invoiced prices are those displayed on the site at the time of the order, or, if applicable, those stated in a quote. Prices are subject to change. If prices change, the Buyer will be informed during the order process and before delivery.

Prices do not include shipping costs. These vary depending on the purchase amount and destination (see below).

ORDERING

The Buyer can place an order on ernestshop.be 24/7. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order from a Buyer with whom there is a dispute, especially regarding payment.

Clicking the validation button constitutes an electronic signature, which holds the same value as a handwritten signature.

Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email is automatically sent. The Buyer is responsible for checking that all information provided is correct. The Seller is not liable for any input errors and the consequences regarding delay or delivery errors. Any costs related to re-shipment due to such errors will be borne by the Buyer.

PAYMENT METHODS

Online payments are processed through the MOLLIE payment module, developed by the Dutch company Mollie BV, headquartered at Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam. Mollie BV is licensed under Dutch financial law (Wft) and supervised by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).

  • Orders are shipped within 2 to 8 business days for items in stock.
  • Orders are shipped in a single delivery.
  • Regardless of the shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking number and link by email.

Pick up your order at our store in Soignies. You’ll receive an SMS or email once your order is ready.

Tuesday to Saturday: 10am to 6pm 
Monday: By appointment only

  • If we are unable to deliver the order within 30 days, you may cancel the sale by contacting customer service. The order will be fully refunded (including any shipping costs you paid) within 30 days.
  • If products arrive damaged or are incorrect, you must notify us as soon as possible and within 3 days of delivery.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Returns are covered by the Seller only in the case of defective or incorrect items. Otherwise, return costs are the Buyer’s responsibility.

To receive a refund, return the item(s) within 14 days in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to your bank account for the returned item’s price. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has 14 days from delivery to return the order without penalties or justification (return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility). If returned within this period, the Buyer will receive a full refund. If the order was paid partially or fully with a voucher or gift card, the refund will also be issued via voucher.

The Buyer must cover the return shipping costs. If postal return is not possible, the order must be returned in-store.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned products are received.

During the initial 14 days, the Buyer must handle the products and packaging with care. Items may be tried on but not used. They must be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories.

To properly exercise the right of withdrawal, the return must include the return slip found in the package.

Returned products that do not meet the conditions above remain the Buyer’s property. The Seller will return them and charge any associated fees.
