TERMS
These terms of sale are concluded between, on one hand, the Seller and, on the other hand, any individual or entity wishing to make a purchase via the Seller's website, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer."
Purchasing a product or service through this website implies unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of these terms of sale. These terms of sale take precedence over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed upon by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In such a case, the applicable terms will be those in effect at the date of the order by the Buyer.
PRODUCTS
All products on the website are described and illustrated as accurately as possible. The descriptions and photographs of the products are not contractually binding. Any error in the text or illustrations does not hold the Seller liable. The features of the presented products may evolve, and no modification can give rise to a claim for damages. In case of modification, the Buyer will be informed at the time of their order and before any delivery.
Unless otherwise expressly stipulated, all our offers and information are provided without obligation and for informational purposes only. The Seller disclaims any responsibility for any errors on the website.
The Seller cannot be held liable for any misuse of the products purchased on the website or for any damage caused to others by improper use of said products.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If one or more items are unavailable when the order is placed, the Seller will unfortunately not be able to fulfill the entire order. The Buyer will be informed as soon as possible by email and will have the option to modify or cancel the order.
PRICES
The price of each product displayed on the website is in Euros and includes VAT (21%) as well as any applicable eco-taxes. The prices charged are those displayed on the website at the time of the order or, if otherwise agreed, those listed on the quotation. The displayed prices are subject to change. In case of a price change, the Buyer will be notified at the time of the order and before any delivery.
Prices do not include delivery costs. Delivery fees vary based on your purchase amount and destination (see the following section).
ORDER
The Buyer can place an order on ernestshop.be 24/7. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order from a Buyer with whom there is an ongoing dispute, especially a payment dispute.
The "validation click" constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature holds the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
Once the order is confirmed, an email is automatically sent to the Buyer to confirm the order. The Buyer must verify the completeness of the provided information. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any input errors and their consequences in terms of delays or delivery mistakes. In such cases, all reshipping costs will be borne by the Buyer.
PAYMENT METHOD

Online payments are processed via the MOLLIE payment module, software developed by the Dutch company Mollie BV, located at Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam. Mollie BV holds a license for payment services in accordance with Dutch financial supervision law (Wft) and is supervised by the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank – DNB).

- In the exceptional case where we are unable to deliver the order within 30 days from the date of order confirmation, you may cancel the sales contract by contacting our customer service. The ordered products will be fully refunded (including shipping costs if you covered them) within 30 days.
- If the products are damaged during transport or if the delivered products differ from the ordered products, you are required to inform us as quickly as possible and in any case within 3 days by contacting our customer service.
RETURNS
You have 14 days to return it from the moment you received it. It just needs to be new and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is covered by the seller in case of a defective or incorrect product. Otherwise, it is the responsibility of the customer.
To be refunded, please return your order within 14 days after delivery in its original condition and packaging. We will credit your bank account with the amount of the returned item. There will be no refunds for sale items.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has a period of 14 days from delivery to decide not to keep the products. In this case, they may return the order without paying a penalty or justifying the decision (return shipping costs are the Buyer's responsibility). If the Buyer returns the order or wishes to cancel the contract within 14 days of the order, they will be fully refunded for the purchase price. If an order was paid partly or fully with a voucher or gift card, the refund will be made partly or fully with a new voucher.
The direct costs of returning goods are, therefore, borne by the Buyer. If it is impossible to return the goods by post, the Buyer must return their purchases to our store in Soignies.
The Seller is entitled to wait until the goods have been returned before proceeding with the refund.
During the first 14 days after delivery, the Buyer must handle the order and packaging carefully. If they wish to return the goods according to the procedure described above, they may not unpack or use them, except as necessary to assess whether they wish to keep the goods. Returned goods may have been tried on but not used. If possible, the returned goods should be placed in their original packaging and accompanied by all delivered accessories. They must be in their original condition and packaging, following the instructions mentioned above.
To exercise the right of withdrawal promptly and correctly, the returned products must be accompanied by a return slip, available in the package.
Returned products that do not meet the above conditions remain the Buyer's property. The Seller will return the relevant products and charge the associated costs.
